Our team consists of three levels: Project Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, and Laborers. Each role has its own responsibilities, and all are equally important. This structure creates a system of checks and balances, allowing us to efficiently cover all aspects of the job and maintain high quality. If one team member misses something, another is there to catch it, enabling us to address issues and tackle complex projects effectively.

Communication with our customers is a top priority. There’s nothing worse than finishing a project only to realize something was installed incorrectly or the wrong color was used. In our daily operations, we provide constant updates to customers about timelines and progress. We communicate any design questions or preferences through text, email, or phone calls, depending on what the customer prefers. In-person meetings also allow for discussions about these details.

We leverage technology to make this process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Everything agreed upon is documented in writing, ensuring you know what to expect.
